The presentation will show how to use Swift for Wasm to build your own apps using WebAssembly, and, more importantly, why you should use Swift for Wasm in your next project. Yuta Saito from Goodnotes will provide a real-world example of the use of Swift for Wasm that you can try for yourself today, and talk about how Swift helped Goodnotes to build their collaborative note-taking app for the web. We’ll conclude with an overview of the state of Wasm support in Swift and highlight some of the latest features the community has been working on, including debugging support, multi-threaded Wasm, and a new API for interop between Swift and JavaScript.
